To show our confidence in our products and to put your mind at ease, we provide our customers with a 30-day refund policy to cover any issues that may arise with your purchased product(s). Please contact us immediately with any concerns about your order.
You have the option to cancel your order at any time up until our weekly order cut-off on Sundays at 5pm for a full refund.
If you happen to miss your delivery, our delivery driver will contact you and if you are unable to have someone accept your order within a reasonable amount of time it will be brought to our storage cooler in Surrey, BC where it will be the customers responsibility to pick up there order or be subject to another delivery charge for re-delivery.
***If you are unable to have some receive your order within the allotted time window please call us immediately to discuss different arrangements, we will try our best to still get you your order if at all possible. Refunds are not automatic.
